We’re thrilled to welcome you to the NYC Century Bike Tour on Sunday, September 21, 2025, starting and ending in the vibrant Meatpacking District! As part of Climate Week, this historic event also celebrates a vision for a sustainable future with more biking, and fewer cars.

Event Details
Start Festival: Meatpacking District: 10th Avenue - Between 13th St and 14th St, Manhattan *Arrive northbound on 10th Avenue only, where you will queue on 10th avenue closer to 13th St. - NO entrance on 14th St, and westbound from 13th St.
Bike Parking will be available at the Finish Festival
Ride with GPS route links will be shared next week
Check In Times Only (Please note these are subject to change - watch your email for finalized arrival times as well as start times. Arrive promptly or you risk being unable to ride your preferred mileage!)
100 Milers - 5:30AM-6:30AM*
75 Milers - 6:30AM*
55 Milers - 7:30AM*
35 Milers - 8:00AM*
*VIP cyclists look out for the dedicated VIP line for guaranteed first-wave access
Bib Pick Up will happen during the Check In Process
The weather is currently forecasted to be 66 and partly cloudy. Any weather related changes will be communicated 24-48 hours before the start.
There are up to 6 Rest Stops this year across Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Queens, depending on your route. They’re there for you to rest, enjoy snacks, hydrate, and jump back on the saddle refreshed
The Finish Festival will feature music, food specials, lawn games, one free non-alcoholic drink, and will be where you can pick up your waterbottles, t-shirts, jerseys and/or your celebratory finisher medal
How to Prepare this Week
Get your bike checked and tuned up at a local bike shop - Bicycle Habitat has great deals
Make sure you have the items you need to be confident on the road
Start hydrating early in the week
Eat extra nutritiously this week
What to Bring
Photo ID
2 bottles of water (minimum)
Snacks (snacks will be provided, if you have dietary restrictions we encourage you to bring extra)
Sunscreen
Charged Phone and charger
Cash/Credit Cards/Apple Pay
Waterproof bag to store valuables
Long-distance, weather appropriate riding gear
(Recommended) tire lever, tube, etc. to fix a flat on the road *riding marshals will be available to help you with this, simply wave down someone in a safety vest*
